When RBC opened their new worldwide headquarters at Toronto’s WaterPark Place, they required a flagship branch design, showcasing their digitally enhanced strategy and innovative thinking, that can be applied across the branch network.
When RBC opened their new worldwide headquarters at Toronto’s WaterPark Place, they required a flagship branch design, showcasing their digitally enhanced strategy and innovative thinking, that can be applied across the branch network. Envision collaborated extensively with the various RBC project teams to develop the new customer experience, which included an in-depth analysis of their existing branch touch points and writing of a content strategy playbook to introduce guidelines for the new touchpoints at the flagship location and across the new branch network, as well as developing a unique fixturing system to support a teller less branch. Envision also designed the entire branch digital presence, led by a large, curved rear projection banner and supported by digital signage touchpoints throughout the branch, all combining to create a memorable branch experience whilst also supporting sales staff and branch operations.
