Shoppers Drug Mart Self Checkout

Envision was tasked to create a custom fixture that is a more streamlined, user-friendly experience for customers, while alleviating checkout traffic.

By first designing a prototype and testing with two pilot locations, Envision was able to optimize the design, certify compliance with accessibility standards, integrate with Shoppers Drug Mart's existing IT technology and streamline for mass production.

Since the initial concept design, the kiosks were rolled out in 200+ locations across the Shoppers Drug Mart network.
