The Brief
CIBC and the Greater Toronto Airport Authority wanted the bank to be unmistakably present throughout Pearson International Airport, not simply as a service provider, but as the defining banking presence for one of Canada’s busiest transit hubs.
The Work
Envision developed the full strategy and designed every touchpoint: a signature airport branch, ATMs distributed across the terminals, customer engagement kiosks, and baggage carousel toppers carrying CIBC’s campaign-specific messaging. Every element was designed to work together as a coherent brand environment rather than a collection of individual fixtures, ensuring CIBC’s presence felt considered and intentional across the entire airport experience.
The Relationship
The airport program is part of a relationship with CIBC spanning more than fifteen years, during which Envision has delivered thousands of fixtures across more than 1,300 retail branches and business offices across Canada.
